The hotel is conveniently located next to a Brazilian steakhouse, close to West Jesmond Metro station, and near enough to the city center. The rooms are modern and spacious, but the price could be more reasonable. The service is top-notch with attentive staff, though room service could be improved. The dining offers light meals with included options, although the variety could be expanded. The facilities are well-maintained and offer good value for money.

I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! The hotel is so conveniently located, very close to the city center and right next to that amazing Brazilian steakhouse. The rooms are great, very clean, comfortable, and equipped with a hot bath, although a bit pricey. The service was top-notch, especially with the room service and housekeeping. However, it could be a better deal for the price paid.
