The staff demonstrated friendliness, i greatly appreciated their helpfulness, particularly at check-in. I liked the bus stop situated right outside, it made travel easy. The drink deals at the hotel bar were great, they saved money. I found the lady at reception amazing, she offered assistance whenever needed.
The cups provided in the room were not clean upon my arrival, it was a small oversight but noticeable.

The room was quite clean and the bed offered very good comfort. Free Wi-Fi access worked without any issues. The staff showed friendliness and readily assisted with my questions.
The noise levels from the adjoining bar were noticeable late into the evening and did disturb my sleep a little. I did appreciate the hotel's vibrant atmosphere though. I was too tired, or else I would have asked for other room
